Foucras,Nicolas Pierre

I belong to ITESM since 2000. I was in Campus in Guadalajara, Toluca and since 2008 I am in Monterrey. I belong to the department of International Relations and Political Science. I have double training: economy by obtaining two Master degrees (University of Reading in the UK and University of Toulouse in France) and by the political scientist PhD in political science from Laval University (Canada). As an academic, I used to work at the university Externado de Colombia in Colombia and at the Université Laval in Canada.
