Cabrera-Martínez, Karla Verónica

Karla Cabrera is a Computer Systems Engineer with a master's degree in Information Technology Administration from Tecnologico de Monterrey. She is currently pursuing a PhD at EGADE Business School. Over the past 15 years, Karla has specialized in Strategy and Service Management, leading consulting and research projects. She has contributed to over ten national and international publications, including papers in esteemed journals such as the Journal of Services Marketing and The Service Industries Journal. Karla has authored a Harvard Business Case and actively participates in international conferences. Recently, Karla led a technology enablement project to enhance the digital experience for faculty members. She is currently driving the Digital Education Strategy at Tecnologico de Monterrey, focusing on improving the learning experience for students. Karla also shares her expertise by teaching undergraduate and postgraduate classes at both the business and engineering schools of Tecnologico de Monterrey. She is deeply committed to continuous learning and strongly believes in the transformative power of education.
