Overview
Academic at Tecnológico de Monterrey, entrepreneur, consultant, and advisor for innovation projects impacting both Mexico and abroad. Expert in innovation and interdisciplinary teams, recognized with the Mujer Tec Award in 2017 for her leadership and transformative power. Recipient of the Coady Women Leaders Research Fellowship in 2017.
Architect and industrial designer, holding a Ph.D. in Architecture from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, with a Cum Laude distinction. Founder of the initiatives Safe Innovation Creative Group, AUR Resilience, and All Women Coo, which address themes such as human-centered innovation with a gender perspective, scientific-technological based design, and the design of women's leadership experiences.
Leader of the research project "Trueque: Casas de Parteras in the State of Chiapas," recognized as one of the five projects of Tecnológico de Monterrey transforming Mexico, at the 49th Research and Development Congress.
Leader of the project "Seres de Agua STEAM," resulting from the collaboration between creatives, scientists, and entrepreneurs, focused on water conservation and funded by the UNAM-TEC Consortium for Research, Technological Transfer, and Entrepreneurship, within the program of Scientific Entrepreneurship and Knowledge and Technology Transfer.
Leader of the "Vivero de Oportunidades" initiative, a space for fostering agile open innovation, undertaking strategic projects aimed at developing high-impact technological innovation through design-guided methodologies. From the Futures Design Lab, positioned as part of the Lead the Expedition Way, a transversal institutional initiative to enhance the innovation districts promoted by Tecnológico de Monterrey.
Dean of the School of Architecture, Art, and Design in the Southern Region of Tecnológico de Monterrey (2017-2019). Member of the Impulsa and Equalitec committees, for the development of gender equity policies ensuring diversity, attracting, recruiting, retaining, and developing the highest number of women in leadership positions under conditions of equity.
