Overview
Lucila has a remarkable professional trajectory in the academic field. From January 2011 to January 2022, she worked as a lecturer at Tecnológico de Monterrey, where she taught a wide range of courses in the field of Marketing to undergraduate students. Starting from February 2022, she holds the position of research professor at EGADE Business School, where she teaches Business Intelligence.
In addition to her role as an educator, Lucila holds a prominent position as the leader of the Retail research group and Director of the Center for Retailing. Her professional experience is based on Marketing and Business Intelligence in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry.
Lucila's research work has been published in renowned indexed journals such as the Journal of Product & Brand Management, the Journal of Retailing & Consumer Services, and the Journal of Business Research. She has also presented her research at various international conferences of great relevance, including the Iberoamerican Academy of Management, the Academy of Marketing Science, and the American Marketing Association.
Lucila is recognized as a member of the National System of Researchers at Level 1, a distinction that reflects her outstanding contribution to the research field. Additionally, she is a member of the prestigious international honor society Beta Gamma Sigma, which attests to her academic excellence and leadership.
Lucila holds a PhD in Administrative Science and a Master's degree in Business Administration, both obtained from EGADE Business School. Furthermore, she obtained her Bachelor's degree in International Commerce from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
