abstract

  • This research presents thirty strategic dynamics for scaling social impact in business, derived from a systematic literature review. These dynamics were obtained through the identification of ten main strategies and three dimensions or types of scalability. The study concludes that scalability strategies cannot be exclusively characterized within a single dimension but can be linked to the three types of scalability to achieve strategic dynamics, meaning strategies whose implementation varies according to the established objective. The theoretical contribution of the study lies in the integration of scalability strategies and dimensions of social impact, providing a conceptual framework that expands the understanding of the phenomenon. From a practical perspective, the findings offer strategic guidelines for companies with business models oriented toward sustainable development, facilitating their ability to scale social impact effectively. Additionally, this research can serve as a reference for the formulation of public policies that promote supportive frameworks for the business sector. © 2025 Universidad ICESI.
