All rights reserved.This research explores and analyzes the criteria and instructional design elements use by a company in the development of their training in blended learning mode. The aim of the study was toWhat are the elements of instructional design identified in training in blended learning form of a company? The ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation) of instructional design was used to determine which elements are used, to what extent and in what sequence.The case study methodology was followed according to the criteria of Stake (1999), selecting a case of blended learning training for a trade area within a pharmaceutical company. The main result found is that in the process of training development of the company under investigation, activities that cover each of the steps in the ADDIE model, are followed in the same sequence posed by the model. The main criteria for the decision of the training to be carried out in blended learning mode are: A) make technical and product training with e-learning resources in distance mode, b) conduct training of sales skills and communication in face-To-face modality, c) the geographical spread of the sales force, d) evaluation of knowledge and skills in the stages of Analysis and Evaluation modality and e) the most effective use of the available budget.
