Leonardo David Glasserman Morales is an Associate Professor in the Department of Education at the School of Humanities and Education and Research Professor in the Educational Technology Unit - Research Lab in the Institute for the Future of Education at Tecnologico de Monterrey. Throughout his career, he has published multiple research, academic articles, and studies addressing topics such as digitization in education, initiatives that promote equity, diversity, and access to knowledge through open educational resources (OER) and collaborative practices, as well as the integration of emerging technologies in training environments. His work has notably impacted the construction of more inclusive, accessible and innovative educational models. In addition, he actively participates in teacher training projects, to foster the development of advanced digital competencies and pedagogical innovation in the various delivery formats of the formal education system and continue education.
He is a graduate of the Ph.D. in Educational Innovation and holds a Master's Degree in eCommerce, and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Tecnologico de Monterrey. He is a member of the faculty of the Ph.D. in Educational Innovation, the Master's in Educational Technology, and the Master's in Educational Entrepreneurship programs at Tecnologico de Monterrey, where he advises graduate theses and teaches courses. He is a member of the Mexican National System of Researchers (SNII), the Mexican Council of Educational Research (COMIE), the American Psychological Association (APA), the American Educational Research Association (AERA) and the World Education Research Association (WERA).
