Glasserman-Morales, Leonardo David

Leonardo David Glasserman Morales is an Associate Research Professor in the Department of Education at the School of Humanities and Education and the leader of the "Future-Ready Universities and Institutional Transformation" unit at the Research Lab of the Institute for the Future of Education at Tecnologico de Monterrey. His research focuses on educational innovation and learning technologies, open education and digital transformation in education, competency development and assessment for the future, teacher training and pedagogical innovation, and models of institutional transformation in higher education. He holds a Ph.D. in Educational Innovation, a Master s degree in E-Commerce, and a Bachelor s degree in Business Administration from Tecnologico de Monterrey. He is a faculty member in the Ph.D. in Educational Innovation and Master s in Education programs at Tecnologico de Monterrey. He is a member of Mexico's National System of Researchers (SNII), the Mexican Council for Educational Research (COMIE), the American Psychological Association (APA), and the American Educational Research Association (AERA).
