All rights reserved.The research objective is to identify differences in perceptions about organizational transparency from the perspective of the employee depending on the sector, size and coverage to which the company belongs. T-tests were performed in a group of companies in Mexico to measure the significant differences between the various groups of companies, finding that the company's private sector and export profile tends to integrate in a more determined manner transparent practices that other companies or institutions. It is proposed that a citizen employee must be a key element within public and private organizations to increase organizational transparency.
