The programme promotes the moral development of students using a pedagogical model based on dialogue by discussing moral dilemmas in the classroom. A total of 298 ethnographic notes from class sessions and 62 questionnaires administered to the directors of the participating schools are analysed. The inductive processing of these data in accordance with grounded theory reveals that this dialogic pedagogy fosters the participative construction of a culture of lawfulness. In light of this case, several guidelines for similar interventions are proposed.
