© 2022 IEEE.This paper reports the results of implementing an entailment initiative between industry DOW Chemical, social organization At!na and educational institution Tecnologico de Monterrey called 'Circular Challenge' to promote the generation of ideas by undergraduate students from the first semesters of different majors for the implementation of real solutions to real local problems based on the principles of circularity. A total of 35 proposals were generated by students, focused on solving problems of life with ethical conscience, respecting dignity, rights, contributions, and personal and social circumstances. Students' proposals included concerns about poverty, inequality, climate change, feeding, and waste management. To determine the impact of the knowledge acquired during the course, an analysis of the ecological footprint of each student was carried out at the beginning and the end of the course.
