Social development projects are making a difference in communities in extreme poverty in Latin America, especially in Mexico where they have not only managed to reduce poverty rates but have also contributed to the reconstruction of social cohesion. The projects must be carried out prior to a diagnostic work in the area where their situation is analyzed from the point of view not only of poverty but also the impact on the family and social nucleus of the community. In the Tecnológico de Monterrey Campus Querétaro through Semester I, which is part of the Tec 21 educational model, interventions have been successfully carried out in 4 communities through multidisciplinary teams of students who in turn are advised by multidisciplinary teams of teachers. Project management both for students to achieve their objectives, as well as measuring their learning through assessing their acquired skills requires a methodology shown in the following document. This methodology includes the link with government bodies and civil society organizations.
