An affordable Cobot is designed to introduce middle school students to robotics and automation. Prioritizing cost-effectiveness, simpler manufacturing, intuitive interface, digital twin implementation, and a comprehensive educational tool. The digital twin was implemented using Unreal Engine 5.1 due to its graphical interface and simulation efficacy. The provided Cobot is meant to minimize costs, increase economic viability, and offer educators a platform that can be adjusted and developed to meet the group's needs. Furthermore, by stressing user friendliness and innovation, this tool prepares students for nearly all mechatronic disciplines, including mechanics, manufacturing, electronics, programming, and math. Finally, real-time involvement via the interface improves the educational experience, encouraging future innovators to confidently approach current and upcoming issues. © 2024 IEEE.
