- This study introduces a Design Framework for Interdisciplinary Collaboration tailored for the Future of Work in higher education. It focuses on equipping faculty and students with competencies for addressing complex global challenges through interdisciplinary methodology and abductive thinking. The framework promotes interdisciplinarity and active learning, emphasizing Complex Thinking and Creative Problem Solving. A case study at Tecnológico de Monterrey illustrates its application in fostering innovation and entrepreneurship.
