PhD in Educational Innovation (Area of concentration in Knowledge Management), she is a Master in Education (Specialization in Cognitive Development). She is Professor of Tecnológico de Monterrey, Monterrey Campus, Business School in the Department of Management and Leadership. 53 uninterrupted semesters of teaching activity, since joining ITESM, in 1993. Her vocation is the promotion and development of the maximum potential of people, so her experience focuses on the Strategic Management of Human Capital and Learning in all types of organizations. She develops consulting, research, innovation, extension and teaching activities at a professional and postgraduate level. In the field of extension and educational innovation, she designs and teaches courses, workshops and learning experiences, aimed at teachers and the academic community in general. She integrates, to the academic experience of the students, the design and resolution of challenges with social impact through the application of the educational approach of learning based on challenges. She is an active agent in the construction of networks and knowledge communities. She is a co-founder member of the Ibero-American Community of Knowledge Systems (CISC), of the Knowledge Systems Center (CSC) of Tecnológico de Monterrey, as well as, member of the founding generation of the Center for Educational Development and Educational Innovation (CEDDIE), and of the Mobilization Committee towards Innovation in the area of Learning Evaluation and founder of the Innovation Community of Skills Evaluation. She also participates in the International Coaching Community Executive Coaching Network. She has certifications in Business Coaching, Positive Psychology and Positive Organizations.
