Villa-Juárez, Sunny Arely
Overview
PhD in public policy; Master in public administration and public policy; B.A. in economics from Tec de Monterrey. She has studies on public policy at Harvard University and Georgetown University. She specializes in public finance, care economics, incidence and prospective analysis. She has experience promoting the Agenda 2030 through open data and citizen participation. She collaborated in the Center for Public Finance Studies of the Chamber of Deputies, in the Center for Regional and National Development and other public organizations. She is founder and partner of the Center for Economic and Budgetary Research, A.C. Professor in the economics department of Tec de Monterrey, where she conducts research in care economy, gender, early childhood, and public finances in favor of a better informed and more participatory society.
