Overview
Lizette Susana Hernández Cárdenas has a Postgraduate Degree in Sciences with a specialty in Chemistry from the Tecnológico de Monterrey. Currently, National Coordinator of Academic Communities of the School of Medicine and Health Sciences, and professor in the Department of Basic Sciences of the School of Medicine and Health Sciences of the Tecnológico de Monterrey, teaching courses on Cellular Biology, Chemical Bases and Metabolism; She has the Certificate in Curriculum Development from the University of Maastricht School of Health Professions Educations, the Certificate in Instructional Design for Active Learning from the Tecnológico de Monterrey, the Certificate in Exercise Science from the University of Colorado and the Certificate in Nutrition by Global Health, USAID; participated in the curricular design of several training units of the Tec21 Model. She has participated in various conferences and articles in the area of ¿¿Research in Educational Innovation and Educational Simulation for the Health area. She has won the 2010 and 2014 Educational Innovation Award and the 2022 STEM Excellence Award.
