Certification in Local Food Production from the University of Vermont and Certificate in Food Design from Universidad Centro. I worked at Grupo Modelo in the area of corporate relations from 2006 to 2009, in 2009 I started the Master's Degree in Food, Nutrition and Health at New York University where I had the opportunity to work on many research projects related to food choice and the food system. In 2012 I started working as Director of Nutrition and Integral Wellness at Campus Ciudad de México. I am currently regional director of the nutrition department at the Mexico City campus.
