Overview
Cinthya Flores Rivera is an Industrial Engineer graduated from the Technological Institute of Culiacán, and studied a master's degree in Quality and Productivity Systems Engineering at the Tecnológico de Monterrey, Monterrey Campus.
At the beginning of his professional career, he was in charge of coordinating Tutors and Consultants in the Business Incubator at Campus Monterrey. She has been a professor of different courses focused on the area of ¿¿entrepreneurship and engineering, at the ITESM Campus Monterrey, Tec Milenio, and is currently a professor at the Business School and Director of the Eugenio Garza Lagüera Institute of Entrepreneurship In Campus Sinaloa, from where programs are attended such as the Center for Entrepreneurial Families, the Business Incubator, Business Accelerator, Enlace +, Social Entrepreneurship and the Office of Transfer and Technology in Sinaloa.
In her professional experience, she has participated as an instructor in different courses related to topics of Innovation, Design Thinking, Business Models and Family Businesses, assisting entrepreneurs in the development of their business idea, and providing business consulting to local and national companies. .
Finally, Cinthya Flores is studying for a Doctorate in Business Sciences at the University of Cantabria, in Santander Spain, focusing her doctoral thesis on the analysis of innovation in Family Businesses in Mexico.
