Cuban-Mexican. PHD. in Law with honors, UNAM, 2003. 30+ years in higher education; 23 years full-time professor at TEC.Member of the Mexican National System of Researchers since 2005. Currently Level II. Founding director, Law Programs, TEC Campus Santa Fe; Coordinator TEC National Academy (Law majors). Member Specialized Courts in all types of Law; Tutor of Masters and PhD theses in Private Law. Several publications, including 4 books on the corporate legal environment. Coordinator of Legal and Corporate Foresight Office in the TEC Business Park; Legal Consulting Project on the organization of a SME, Business Incubator and Accelerator Programs at two campuses in the Mexico City metro area. Active member of national and international associations, such as the Iberoamerican Federation of Law and Informatics (FIADI) since 2006, and the National Association of Business Lawyers (ADDS) in Mexico since 2012. Alfonso Caso "Medal" for 9.5 GPA in the LL.M., Division of Graduate Studies, Department of Law, UNAM. Award for the 5th anniversary of IDESS, for the creation of the BUFETEC social service. Andres Roemer MICROSOFT Award for "Distinguished Service to the Academic Community", as Coordinator and Director of the first Latin American Undergraduate LAW AND ECONOMICS Program. Professor of Legal Environment of Business at EGADE Business School (HEADQUARTERS SANTA FE, PERÚ & PANAMÁ CITY) since 2015. Since August 2014 he is Professor-Researcher in area IV - Internet, Culture and Society - first of the National Graduate School in Education, Humanities and Social Sciences and currently of the School of Government and Public Transformation and belongs to the Legal Sub-Group of the Strategic Research Group "Access to Justice" of the Tecnológico de Monterrey itself. One of my main research interests is "Internet law and regulations in today's knowledge society".
