I Worked at HASTA company as a head of control production where I administrated 50 employees for 4 years. I had the opportunity to increase abilities as logistic, human resources, planning production, and I had my first touch in design (redesigning an optimizer carrousel of painting components). It made me to readdress my vocation. My post grade was focus on Design and simulation about new products. It let me to participate with Tec de Monterrey Campus Queretaro in the center named "Centro de Diseño y Simulación" in the design mechanism area for 5 years, it was founded by Itesm Qro and Tremec transmissions. Some of projects that I participated: "Simulation of manual transmission and shift quality optimizations". "Simulation of shift Systems (cam-following) of manual transmission". "Simulation of Manual transmission Synchronizer". The technological transfer for TREMEC's engineers (training). At the same time I combined the projects experience with teaching courses as "mechanisms", "static" "dynamic". At the beginning of 2005 I was relocated at ITESM Puebla, the mains activities are: Full time Professor, coordination the implementation of laboratories (selection of equipment, plant distribution, Development of maintence program, etc), participation of industrial services and projects. Some of them: Courses: Introduction to Physics, Statics, Dynamics, Mechanism Analysis and Simulation, Design Methodologies, Machine Design and Simulation, Manufacturing Engineering, CAD/CAM Systems, CAD CAE Systems etc. Projects and services: Endurance tests of Hacksaw blades according with NMX-O-083 norm. Analysis and Testing of Water Storage Tanks Capacity 10,000 Lt. Hardness and tensile test strap Low cycle Fatigue test of complaint automotive component Mechanical and electric wire test. Volunteer of social program of ITESM Campus Puebla since 2008. Social Projects: Design and Manufacturing of low cost transfemoral prosthetics.
