PhD in Management from the University of Cantabria, member "Catédra Santander de Empresa Familiar" at the University of Granada, Spain. Currently professor of entrepreneurship at Tecnológico de Monterrey, Campus Querétaro, develops research on entrepreneurial cognition, academic entrepreneurship, the impact of training on entrepreneurship and emotional intelligence. Has published her work in top tier scientific journals such as European Management Journal and Journal of Managerial Psychology. In addition, she has been Director of Instituto Emprendedor de San Luis (IESL) for the Economic Development Office in the Municipality of San Luis Potosí, México (2012-2015). Has teaching experience in strategy, costs, creativity, funding for entrepreneurs and acceleration of family businesses, algo has more than ten years of work experience in the food industry, especially in sales project management. Has co-authored the book "Startup U: High Impact Entrepreneurs", published in Mexico and Spain.
