Holds a Master's degree in Computer Science and a Master's degree in Information Systems from ITESM. She has served as a professor in the master's programs at ITESM, IBERO, UDEM, and Anáhuac University, teaching subjects such as Business, Government, E-commerce, Cybersecurity, and Human Development. Recognized as the best distance learning professor at ITESM and as a Chair Professor in the Government master's program at IBERO. Published and presented articles and lectures at Industry and University Conferences in more than 15 countries; has advised on more than 30 master's theses.
