She has served as a professor in the master's programs at ITESM, IBERO, UDEM, and Anáhuac University, teaching subjects such as Business, Government, E-commerce, Cybersecurity, and Human Development. Recognized as the best distance learning professor at ITESM and as a Chair Professor in the Government master's program at IBERO.
Published and presented articles and lectures at Industry and University Conferences in more than 15 countries; has advised on more than 30 master's theses. A Technology Expert for the Federal Judicial Power, ITIL Expert, Change Manager, Customer Experience Manager, Digital Transformation, Rotary Intl member, and Happiness Manager.
Nominated as a global citizen, being honored as an Honorary Doctor by the Inter-American Doctoral Claustro & for her Female Leadership, recognizing her humanistic contribution, social values, and support for the progress of the nation and humanity.
Currently a professor at the Tecnológico de Monterrey and director of her consulting company. Her entrepreneurial vision, centered on "Happiness, Well-being, and Joy at Work," helps women, entrepreneurs, executives, and groups of corporate and social leaders make a 'quantum leap.' Her research areas include Joy&Happiness@work, LegoSeriousPlay(LSP)/Agile & DevOps Simulations applied in organizations.
