Full Professor, specialized in Global Business, and Finance. Member of the National System of Researchers of CONACYT, SNI 1. Doctorate in Administration specialization Finance, MBA, and Electronic Engineer. He is currently a research professor at the Center for "Strategy and Management of Organizations in Emerging Economies". Additional, he founded and directs the "Fudan-Tec de Monterrey Research Center for Studies China-Latin America". He has been a visiting professor at University of International Business and Economics in Beijing, China; Portland State University, USA; University of San Francisco at Quito, Ecuador; University ESAN, Peru.
Research area is microfinance, business models, global business and emerging markets.
