Pérez-Salazar, Gloria

She holds a PhD in Public Policy from the Graduate School of Public Administration and Public Policy of the Tecnológico de Monterrey; She is currently a Full Professor of the Department. of Industrial and Systems Engineering at the Tecnológico de Monterrey, Campus Monterrey. Within her areas of specialty are the study, design and modeling of complex systems using Systems Thinking and System Dynamics as well as Strategic Foresight, in which she has more than 30 years of experience participating in projects in both private and public organizations. She is a member of the System Dynamics Society and president of its Latin American Chapter.
