Guerra-Leal, Eva María

Dr. Eva María Guerra Leal is academic associate dean at EGADE Business School. She is part of the Circle of Distinguished Professors and has been recognized with the Inspirational Professor 2023 award. She holds a certification in Business Analytics from the University of Texas, San Antonio; a Doctoral degree in Administrative Sciences from EGADE; a Master's degree in Communication with a specialization in Organizational Communication and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Tecnologico de Monterrey. Her areas of expertise include customer-centric and service-driven organizations, marketing strategies, organizational behavior, service management and business intelligence. Her professional experience of more than 20 years includes the financial services industry, family business, consulting and market research. In her career at Tecnologico de Monterrey she has held management and teaching roles. She participates in the research group of Social Innovation and Sustainability, the FAIR Center on Financial Inclusion and the institutional committee on faculty rankings.
