Dr. Luis Martín Marín Obispo is an experienced researcher with a Ph.D. in Biotechnology from Tecnológico de Monterrey and is recognized as a National Researcher Candidate(SNI-C) by CONAHCYT. His expertise in analytical chemistry and food engineering is dedicated to improving food quality, safety, and shelf life. Motivated by a passion for innovation in Food Science, he focuses on developing cutting-edge techniques and strategies to extract and identify lipid compounds from vegetable products, while also exploring their applications in nutrition and health.
