Guerra-Leal, Eva María

Dr. Eva María Guerra Leal is the Academic Associate Dean at EGADE Business School. She is a member of the Tecnologico de Monterrey Distinguished Faculty Circle and recipient of the 2023 Inspirational Professor Award. She holds a PhD from EGADE Business School, a Master¿s in Communication, and a Bachelor¿s in Marketing from Tecnológico de Monterrey, as well as a certification in Business Analytics from the University of Texas at San Antonio. With over 20 years of experience spanning academia, consulting, talent development, and the financial services industry, her expertise lies in business intelligence, customer experience, services marketing, organizational behavior, and academic transformation. She has held multiple leadership roles in graduate programs, authored international publications on ethics, sustainability, and educational innovation, and currently hosts Territorio Negocios, a podcast dedicated to exploring the future of business in Latin America.
