Maycotte-Felkel, Sandra
Overview
Sandra is an International Business (IB) professor with 20 years of experience at our institution. She has held various positions, such as Director of the IB National Academy (2008-2010), collaborator in the design of the IB curriculum for the 2011 and the Tec 21 editions, and leader of the EAAC LIN (Academic Affairs Team for the IB Program) (2018-2019). She has been a lecturer and full-time professor and has served as the IB Program Director in Campus Saltillo for 14 years. She is currently pursuing her doctoral studies, with a concentration in International Business, at EGADE Business School (DCA) of Tecnológico de Monterrey and the Darla Moore School of Business (Ph.D. in Business Administration) at the University of South Carolina.
She is a Marketing graduate from our Institution. She has two Master's Degrees: MA in International Business and Economic Development from Henley Business School of the University of Reading (UK) and a Global MBA from Tecnológico de Monterrey and the Thunderbird School of Global Management (USA). She is a member of the Academy of International Business (AIB) and the Academy of Management (AOM). During the last year, he has had the opportunity to participate as a speaker and attendee in several international congresses organized by these associations.
She enjoys running outdoors, having participated in 8 marathons (New York, Boston, Chicago, Berlin, San Diego, Honolulu, Mexico City, and Boston). Her family consists of her husband, Alejandro, and her three sons, Alejandro LED'17, Diego LIN'18, and Daniel, who studies IIS.
