Self-knowledge and the ability to motivate the audience of each student were evaluated through surveys applied before and after their experience, allowing them to perform a self-assessment, an outstanding result to see. The outcome fulfilled the overall research objective, and the students were made aware of their interpersonal skills, allowing them to improve their personal and professional competencies for life.
