Guzmán-Navarro, Gabriela

I am a pediatrician, graduate of the Pediatrics Residency Program and the Doctorate in Clinical Sciences at Tecnológico de Monterrey. Throughout my professional career, I have focused my work on medical education, clinical research, and the comprehensive training of new generations of specialists. Since 2008, I have served as a faculty member at the School of Medicine at Tecnológico de Monterrey, where I have actively participated in teaching, mentoring, and academic guidance for students and residents. I currently hold the position of Coordinator of Accreditation and Research for the Medical Specialty Programs at the same institution. In this role, I have led strategic projects aimed at strengthening academic quality and fostering educational innovation. I have extensive experience in accreditation processes for medical specialty programs, ensuring their alignment with national and international standards, as well as in the curricular updating and redesign of graduate medical programs. I wish to contribute to the development of learning environments that promote critical thinking, evidence-based clinical practice, and leadership in healthcare, with the goal of preparing specialists capable of generating a significant impact on society.
