Javier Alejandro Camargo Castillo has a PhD in Humanistic Studies with a specialty in Ethics from Tecnológico de Monterrey. He is a member of the National System of Researchers, Level 1, and the Director of the Doctorate in Humanistic Studies at the Mexico City Campus. He is an undergraduate teacher at the Tecnológico de Monterrey Campus Santa Fe. He is Member of the UNESCO Chair of Ethics, Culture of Peace and Human Rights, as well as part of the journal En-claves del Pensamiento's editorial committee. Among his recent publications are the coordination of the collective books Matrices de paz [Peace Matrixes] (2018) and Para pazado mañana, filosofía de anteyeryer [For a Peaceful Tomorrow, Philosophy of the Day Before Yesterday] (2019).
