Overview
I am a medical doctor and pediatrician, having graduated from Tec de Monterrey. For five years, I served as coordinator for pediatrics at the School of Medicine (EMIS) during the fifth year of the program. Subsequently, I served as the pediatric residency coordinator for ten years. My liders were Dr. Carlos Felix Arce, Dr. Antonio Dávila RIvas and Dr. Francisco Lozano Lee, whom I succeeded as director of the residency program. During this time, I developed the preparation course for the Medical Residency Exam (PREM). I hold two diplomas in administration, one from Tec de Monterrey and another accredited in 2025 by Tec Milenio. I have received the Teaching Award, a special mention as a professor who leaves a lasting impact, from the Exa Tec group. In 2008 and 2012 I was distinguish as speaker in the graduation medicine ceremony.
I am married, and I have two daughters who are food industry engineers, also Exa Tec graduates. I have been a Tec alumnus since high school, and I can't imagine the day I stop being one.
