Prof. Moises Jimenez-Martinez holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from IPN at Mexico City (2002) and a Ph.D. from ESIME Zacatenco (2015). He worked for 16 years in the automotive and petroleum industry. He is currently Professor at the Department of Mechanics and Advances Materials at Tecnologico de Monterrey. He participates in the research group of mobility. His research interests are centered in the development of lightweight structures for a sustainable mobility, include finite element analysis, Mechanical fatigue, nonlinear analysis, neural network in mechanical design. His academic production includes book chapters, more than 33 journal articles and 1 issued patent. He has graduated 21 M.Sc. students. He has been technical leader of research projects with funding from government agencies and industry. He is member of the National System of Researchers -SNII Level 2.
