Alfaro-Ponce, Mariel

Received a B.S. degree in biomedical engineering, M.S. degree in microelectronics and a PhD in Computer Science from the Instituto Politecnico Nacional, Mexico. She is currently a Faculty Researcher and the Biomedical Engineering Program Head at Tecnologico de Monterrey Campus Ciudad de Mexico. Belonging to the National System of Researchers (SNI) Level 1 since 2020. Her current research interests include neural networks, rehabilitation devices and intelligent bioinstrumentation.
