Gómez-Tobías, Roberto

Overview

Full-time professor with 35+ years of experience across the public, private, and social sectors, and 25 years dedicated to university teaching and research. I combine executive experience in finance and strategy with academic rigor to design, deliver, and evaluate courses in economics, finance, and international business. I have led high-impact projects that integrate quantitative analysis, risk assessment, and ESG criteria. Doctoral Candidate in Education and Innovation (expected completion in 2026). Since 2024, my work has focused on educational innovation through immersive technologies (VR/AR) and artificial intelligence, as well as gender equity and sustainability. This shift has resulted in peer-reviewed publications and presentations at international conferences, strengthening the link between scientific evidence and pedagogical transformation.
