Sánchez-López, Angélica Lizeth

Dr. Angélica Lizeth Sánchez López is a classified Assistant Professor, she works in the Sciences Department at Tecnologico de Monterrey, Guadalajara and coordinates de chemistry area. She is a member of the National Researchers System Level 1, holds a Ph.D. and a Master's degree in Pharmacology, completed a Specialization in Pharmaceutical Formulation Design, and is a Pharmaceutical Chemist. She has 5 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry, working in the Development and Research, Quality Control departments, and serving as the coordinator of the technical-legal area. Her experience in the educational area is 9 years, carrying out educational innovation projects as a leader of Novus projects, designing courses and been a speaker at international conferences. She won the 2020 inspiring teacher award. She is co-author of 10 research papers and 8 book chapters and is an advisor to master´s and PhD students. Her research lines include: development and formulation of nutraceuticals, characterization of phytochemicals, clinical and pre clinicals trials in chronic-degenerative diseases and Nano pharmacology in collaboration with national and international institutions.
