Currently, I am working on food preservation improvements under refrigeration conditions. Moreover, I have experience in the following research lines: 1) Valorization of agro-industrial residues through the solid-state fermentation technology. 2) Generation of high-value products from fungi, such as biomass, enzymes, bioactive compounds, among others. 3) Extraction of high-value metabolites by supercritical CO2. 4) Development and management of high impact projects in connection with the industry.
