Jesús Alfonso Beltrán Sánchez holds a PhD in Philosophy with a major in Psychology from the Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León (Mexico), a Master's degree in Educational Research and a Bachelor's degree in Educational Sciences from the Instituto Tecnológico de Sonora (Mexico). Member of the National System of Researchers level 1 (2025-2030).
He currently serves as Director of Leadership at the School of Medicine and Health Sciences of the Tecnológico de Monterrey. He is a member of the Mexican Council for Educational Research and of the faculty of the Master's in Education (SNP) at Tecnológico de Monterrey. He is also an Adjunct Researcher at the Institute for the Future of Education at Tecnológico de Monterrey.
His teaching experience includes Bachelor's degree programs in Educational Psychology at Universidad La Salle Noroeste and Bachelor's degree in Clinical and Health Psychology at Tecnológico de Monterrey, where he has taught courses mainly related to research methods and psychometric measurement. He is also a guest professor at the Master in Virtual Education in Health Sciences at UNNE (Argentina).
In the field of research, his work focuses on teacher training and well-being, educational innovation and construction of scales for the measurement of psychological constructs. She has published numerous articles in indexed journals, presented papers in indexed international conferences and contributed with book chapters. In addition, he has participated in funded projects for the study and generation of knowledge on these topics.
