Overview
Ph.D. in Autonomous Systems. My professional interests and trajectory are focused on researching and developing new healthcare technological platforms by taking advantage of the paradigms that allow UX to be more efficient and friendly. I have proven experience as an R+D+I engineer in medical equipment, collaborating in the development of projects such as the ERRMI exoskeleton for rehabilitation and the VSZ-20-2 emergency ventilator for the COVID-19 pandemic.
My research interests include the implementation of Artificial Intelligence algorithms in Autonomous Robotic Systems with Social Assistance approaches and the development of AI-based EHR. Likewise, I am experienced in the development of new generation electrophysiological signal monitoring systems and intelligent biomedical instrumentation/systems, as well as the area of human biomechanics and the potential development of active prostheses based on additive manufacturing and intelligent automation techniques. All the aforementioned experiences had allowed me to develop sensitivity to the importance of UX on biomedical technologies and how they positively impact the usage of different TI healthcare solutions.
