Gildardo Sánchez Ante is an academic and professional with a solid background in Computer Science. Throughout his career, he has held important positions in educational and research institutions, including Rector of the Polytechnic University of Yucatán and Research Professor at ITESM, Guadalajara Campus. In addition, he has contributed to numerous scientific publications in the field of artificial intelligence, robotics, and nanotechnology, and has been recognized by various organizations, such as the National System of Researchers of SEHCITI, the IEEE, and the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM). He is currently conducting research on advanced AI/ML algorithms for modeling nanomaterial properties, precision agriculture, and microscopy image segmentation. He has supervised some twenty master's theses and is currently supervising several doctoral theses.
