Martínez-Ledesma, Juan Emmanuel

Overview

Dr. Emmanuel Martínez is a professor and researcher specializing in data analysis, particularly in cancer genomics, using public data from large databases such as TCGA and other health-related data. In addition, Dr. Martínez has experience analyzing next-generation sequencing data, including RNA-seq, exome, and whole genome sequencing. Dr. Martínez completed a postdoctoral fellowship in the departments of Genomic Medicine and Neuro-Oncology at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, working with Dr. Roel Verhaak and John de Groot, MD, from 2014 to 2018. Dr. Martínez has published more than 30 articles in high-impact journals such as Nature, Nature Genetics, Nature Medicine, and Cancer Cell, among others. Dr. Martínez belongs to SNII Level 2.
