Hernández-Gress, Neil

Overview

Prof. Neil Hernández-Gress, BSc, MSc, PhD, is currently the Director of Research at Tecnológico de Monterrey. His responsibilities include the development and evaluation of research, as well as the creation of innovation ecosystems. He is an active researcher and a member of the National System of Researchers in the field of Data Science and Artificial Intelligence, successfully applying Data Science models to various challenges in areas such as engineering, education, finance, economics, and research management. Prof. Hernández-Gress has authored more than 70 scientific publications and has secured research funding exceeding 10 million dollars from the European Union, the National Science Foundation (NSF), the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), CONACYT, and private companies. Furthermore, he has been a guest professor at over 20 universities, both nationally and internationally, and has participated as a speaker at conferences and workshops. intelligence, providing a solid foundation for strategy and justified decision-making for the ecosystem, which has made him an internationally recognized expert. He is an active researcher and expert in data-driven decision-making.
