Okoye,Kingsley Arinze

Overview

Dr. Kingsley works as Writing Lab Research Professor at the Institute for Future of Education, Tecnologico de Monterrey. His role involves mentoring of academic profesors at the institution to improve their research skills and scientific publications and productivity. He also teaches Software Programming and Development of Advanced Applications of Computer Science for the undergraduates. He is a member of the Mexican National Academy of Researchers (SNI - Candidate), Senior Member of The Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), Member of Institution of Engineering and Technology UK (IET), Machine Intelligence Research Labs, USA, IEEE SMCS Technical Committee (TC) on Soft Computing, and IEEE Computer Society. He has more than 40+ scientific publications published as Books, Journal articles, Book chapters, and Conference proceedings (including Best Paper Award) in high-indexed Q1/Q2 reputable journals, book publishers, and conferences, as a result of his research. He also serve as Associate Editor and Board member in reputable journals and conferences; such as Journal of Big Data (Springer), Computers and Electrical Engineering (Elsevier), International Journal of Sustainability in Higher Education (Emerald). Kingsley received the Springer Nature Editor of Distinction Award 2025, an honour in serving as Associate Editor in Journal of Big Data (Springer). His research interests include: Process Mining and Automation, Semantic Technologies, Learning Analytics and Design, Data Science, Educational Technologies, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Text Mining, Computer and Education, Educational Innovation, Knowledge Engineering and Data Management, Internet Applications and Ontology.
