She got a Bachelor of Engineering Physics from Universidad Iberoamericana, at end of which she was trained in Science Teaching and since then she has taught undergraduate courses in areas as Mathematics, Theoretical and Experimental Physics and Chemical Engineering. Her career continued with a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering and in 2009 obtained a Ph.D. in Materials Science from UAEMéx. She has four international papers in refereed specialized journals; is the author of a textbook in Experimental Physics (in press, by Universidad Iberoamericana), was technical reviewer of a book of Environmental Chemistry (McGraw Hill, ISBN 978-1-4562-1149 -3) and has spoken at national and international conferences as part of the Polymers Research Group of Ibero. In 2012, she founded an enterprise that offers education support and that was awarded with the 1st prize of Social Entrepreneurship by the City of Toluca. Nowadays, she combines her entrepreneur activity with teaching at the Department of Basic Science of ITESM Campus Toluca, where she teaches courses in English and with the Transversal Citizenship attribute.
