Sergio Madero Gómez completed his doctoral studies at the University of Deusto, San Sebastián, Spain. He is a full-time professor in the Department of Management and Leadership at the Business School of Tecnológico de Monterrey in the Monterrey region (Mexico). His research interests include human resources processes, work modalities and workplace environments, automation and flexibility, green behavior, and the future of work. He has more than 100 publications in his specialty in peer-reviewed journals and book chapters. He has taught courses related to these topics at the undergraduate and graduate levels in Central and South American countries. He was the leader of the Organizational Design and Culture research group at EGADE Business School and is currently part of the Leadership and Dynamic Organizations research group. He is part of the National System of Researchers of CONAHCYT in Mexico (Level 2).
