Gabriela Torres Delgado graduated Magna Cum Laude from Universidad Autonoma de Nuevo Leon with a Ph.D. in Psychology. She was awarded with a scholarship from the National Council of Science and Technology (CONACyT) in Mexico.
Dr. Torres was responsible for the design and implementation of the educational model and competency programs in several schools of the Universidad Autonoma de Nuevo Leon, and other public and private educational institutions.
Dr. Torres currently hold the position of Academic Development Director of postgraduate studies at Tecnologico de Monterrey where she is designing and implementing a development for research professors, likewise she is coordinating different projects related to Tec21 Graduate Educational Model. In addition, she is part of the Senate of the Master in Development Management that is supporting the program Mexico teaching. She has 12 years of experience as a teacher in higher education. Dr. Torres participates as advisor to the Centro de Investigación en Formación y Evaluación (CIFE).
Dr. Torres has the copyright of Competence Methodology for Curriculum Design under a competence approach, which is reflected in this literary work. She has participated as a speaker at various national and international conferences and publishing scientific articles and educational materials in their field.
