Vazquez-Villegas, Olga Patricia

I am a Research Professor at Tecnológico de Monterrey. I hold a degree in Food Engineering and a PhD in Engineering Sciences with a specialization in Biotechnology. I have also worked in various positions in academia and industry in areas such as new product development, the water-energy-food nexus, smart mobility, sustainable production, sustainability education, and microdevice development. Currently, I conduct research in Engineering Education at the Institute for the Future of Education and am a member of the Doctoral Faculty in Engineering Sciences. I have been a member of the National System of Researchers since 2014, currently at Level 1, Area IX, Interdisciplinary.
