I am a Chemist and PhD in Food Science from the Autonomous University of Queretaro. I have worked in research centers (CIATEJ) and universities (UAQ and UTM) and since 2007 I am working at Tecnologico de Monterrey Campus Querétaro as a teacher in topics of food and biotechnology (biochemistry, bioseparations, among others). I am doing research in Natural Products, extraction of biomolecules and evaluation of its biological activity
